I am a painter. My paintings are created in my studio using oils, and the images come out of my head rather than from photographs or drawings. They range in size from 8″x 8″ to 4’x 6′. My undergraduate degree is from Wellesley College and my MFA degree is from UGA. Lamar Dodd was my major professor. My paintings are in many private, corporate and public collections including Georgia Museum of Art, Duke Hospital, Georgia Council for the Arts, The National Sea grant Collection, and the Lynnhurst Foundation. I have been represented by galleries in Chapel Hill, NC, Raleigh, NC, Nashville TN, London, UK, Lexington, MA, and Atlanta, GA.
