Athens Creative Directory
I. Membership Renewal Policies
a. Members are encouraged to update their profile periodically to ensure accuracy, including project listings, contact details, and any changes in status. This can be done as needed or at the time of renewal.
b. The Athens Creatives Directory administrators may periodically refresh the directory. As the renewal period approaches, all members will receive an email notification to renew their membership, provide updated information, and update their profile details.
c. Inactive listings may be hidden from public view to keep the directory current and useful for potential collaborators.
d. Members may contact the Athens Creatives Directory administrator acdadmin@accgov.com.
II. Content Disclaimer
a. Members retain all rights to the content they upload to the directory. By submitting content, members agree that they are solely responsible for the content, its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. Athens Creative Directory disclaims any liability for the content posted by members.
b. Content displayed in members’ profiles and portfolios does not represent the views or opinions of Athens Creative Directory. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of any content posted by our members.
c. By submitting content, members agree to indemnify and hold the Athens Creative Directory, its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of or in connection with the content they upload or post. Furthermore, the Athens Creatives Directory cannot be held liable for any disagreements between members and clients that may arise during transactions made through the directory.
d. Athens Creative Directory may periodically review content, but we are not responsible for reviewing every piece of content or for monitoring the website for inappropriate material.
