My still lifes highlight humanitarian concerns by combining natural objects into suggestive new forms.
Nature inspires me with the finds I discover in the woods and swamp or on the beach. Feathers, flowers, bones, shells, and other items become shorthand for provocative concepts such as intimate partner violence or human trafficking.
Sharing my vision of equality is vital to me.
