Jamie Calkin is a self-taught watercolor and ink artist who primarily paints buildings and homes. Jamie started practicing art over 20 years ago as a hobby, but with dedication and a little attention to business, it progressed into his full-time job. His unique style brings scenes to life with vivid colors and loose lines. Although his art can be seen around Athens, his most recognizable painting is a large indoor mural of UGA’s campus that lives in the Tate Student Center.
