The Athens Choral Society is the oldest, non-audition community chorus in the area. Traditionally we provide three concerts each year, two of those free to the public at UGA’s Hodgson Hall. Interested singers come together for rehearsals at Athens Area Council on Aging to broaden their musical horizons, grow in their music abilities, and perform choral masterworks for the community. Presently, we are anxiously awaiting the time when we can safely gather and enjoy rehearsals again. More information can be found at Athens Choral Society.
