Welcome to my watercolor pet portrait information! I adore memorializing our furry (or scaley) friends!
The listing images are all examples of past pet portraits – this listing is for a custom pet portrait! Any species or breed is accepted and encouraged! You can choose either full-body or shoulder-up. The closer the crop, the higher detail I can include. I can include any small accessories (ie. collar, toy, bandana…) at no extra cost. Larger accessories will be extra (ie. dog bed, dog house… ). We can discuss an ideal size for your painting. Most single pet portraits I create are 8×10 inches.
I use all archival and quality materials that will last forever (Holbein watercolor, Arches 140 lb watercolor paper). Each portrait is shipped in the most safe and protected way possible or delivered in person within Athens if preferred (mask required). Your shipment will have tracking included so you can follow your piece as it reaches you.
Preserving your portrait: Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid moisture. Each portrait arrives unframed, but feel free to go pick out your favorite frame from the craft store! With the right care, your painting will last forever.
