I have been a weaver since the mid 70's. I enjoy exploring the interplay of texture, color and pattern to weave luxurious garments that drape the body. The looms that are used in the handwoven process are simple rigid heddle looms and complex 4 & 8 harness floor looms. Fibers are sourced from across the world - USA, Italy, Spain, Uruguay, Peru, Ireland, Japan and beyond. I tend to splurge on the finest textiles made of linen, cotton, silk, rayon, wool.
